I call it Paris Bangkok after my recent trip abroa I call it Paris Bangkok after my recent trip abroad. It’s came back with me in the backpack 😂😂😂 . Almond Blueberry 😋😋😋! Kind of like the Niflettes des Rois I made at the beginning of this year, that were delicious, but with that little kick from the Blueberry . There will be a version of it with Raspberries but with 2 freezers down, I had to cut corners this week . Tomorrow is our first Saturday back and no preorder needed, come as you are . We’re open from 8AM till 2PM or SOLD OUT . Sooooo 🤔🤔🤔?!? Yesterday you were a ton re Sooooo 🤔🤔🤔?!? Yesterday you were a ton reaching out to me and asking me to sell that ugly reject batch of Canelés . And to almost everyone I said NO. I’ll turn them into something else . Until I kept receiving another ton of requests . So here they are, the uglys are for sale 😂😂😂 . I have put the full batch online at LaBelleVieBakery.com, the whole thing, 142 units . I have also removed the minimum 10$ per order (sorry guys who were looking for bread yesterday and saw there was that minimum order, I had forgotten it was there, but it’s now gone) . So if you want to buy only 1 Canelé or only 1 Baguette, it’s now possible . And if they don’t sell, then I’ll turn them into something else . Much LUV as always. Nathas ❤️!
Hi Everyone! How is everybody? Hope you Guys had a Hi Everyone! How is everybody? Hope you Guys had an amazing summer. For the ones who have been following me on Social Medias, you already know. That break was very nice and much needed! . This Saturday the Bakery reopens, my hands are back into flour, butter, sugar and everything I love doing (with more and less success, if you've followed our Story today you know what I am talking about. OMG) . And I also have a few information to share . As you may or may not know I have quite a lot on my plate right now and keeping the preorders organized the way we were doing them is going to be a stretch . This week and for the foreseeable future, I will only take preorders for Bread (that means Baguettes and Loaves). For everything else, Pastries, Viennoiseries and other Little Treats, come as you are directly to the Bakery. The sooner the better of course if you want to tap in the full Lineup . So, Bread Preorders are currently Live at LaBelleVieBakery.com and that's for this coming Saturday, September 7th. Don't miss out! . The other News, before you find out anyway, yes the Bakery is FOR SALE (Lab and Store Front) and no it's not because I don't love what I do anymore. Let's say I am in that stage of life called Divorce (I hate that word but it's a reality), and the Bakery needs to find a new Daddy or Mommy and I am going to start looking actively for a buyer . Why am I taking the risk to be totally transparent here? . Because I believe that putting this out there is going to be more beneficial than detrimental. I might be wrong but I don't care. And I believe in word of mouth. I also believe there is someone out there working on his or her project or already killing it, with that fire in the gut that makes things happen and who is just missing that piece of the puzzle to jump into a new stage and who's going to have a aha moment reading this . If you are that person, if you know that person, please reach out to me  . Voila Folks, I don't have much room here to write more, it doesn't sound like amazing news, but it is what it is, the impermanence of life, and I am still here.
